GENERAL PURPOSE

A high performance media, that has the unique combination of fast burr removal and low media loss. Good for mild steel and some aluminum alloys.

SF

FAST CUTTING

A tough, fast cutting media where the primary concern is fast burr removal, resulting in slower time cycle. Primarily used on steel.

DF

DENSE SUPER FAST CUTTING

This media is more aggressive than the SF and will result in shorter run times. Excellent on all steel, especially stainless steel. The wear rate will be higher.

P

POLISH

Contains no abrasives. Highly recommended for bright finishes.

GENERAL PURPOSE

This is an excellent general purpose media for most aluminum alloys especially 6061-T6. It will produce fast burr removal, yet has good media life. This media has proven to be effective yet economical to use.
